| Teokrata says that the game don't bring enough profits for FFG.
So I see three solutions : 1 - FFG decide to continue so we see new cycle as usual but de not big extension anymore 2 - FFG decide to do like Call of Chtulhu so we see 4 big extension by year 3 - FFG decide to stop W:I
I don't know if the new version of Chtulhu make enough profit...

The second answer is correct The upcoming cycle will be the last one. Then we'll have one big extention every three months.

I don't understand why they make more profit with on big extension every 3 month (55 cards - 30€ editor's price) rather than 3 pack in 3 month (60 cards - 45€ editor's price)

| Perhaps because big extensions are easier to sell than pack, and rentability is quickly reach. | |

Exactly. FFG has a habit of doing LCG in the pattern as follows: 6x6 cycles and then a few de lux extensions (for example Call of Cthulhu LCG). Likewise, it's going to continue with SW and Netrunner.

And after that? The game is dead?

Yes, you're right, but AGoT is very popular in U.S. - Skychapon a écrit:

And after that? The game is dead? It depends on the popularity and profits that it brings. Let's hope, WH:I not going to die.

So what do you think about the changes? I think it's absolutely amazing, and has rekindled my interest in playing regular tournaments (which I was ready to give up on after the horrible World Finales 2012). I'm sitting around with a smile on my face for the whole day. Apart from stuff I was hoping for (neutering Urguck/Eltharion), they managed to make Hard Control by Chaos or Dark Elves less trivially easy, and packed in lots of other good surprises - racial villages are playable, Dwarves need to rely on other tricks than Ranger/Reclaim the Fallen ... By the way, the deck I played yesterday on OCTGN was completely legal under FAQ 2.0

| I have just a problem with card that are limited to 1 in a deck. I think, using it is just pure luck. Ban would be better.
Otherwise, it's a good thing even i need to remove 9cards from my Chaos deck.

| Most of the players in Poland and me are very happy. All restrictions are very justified (exept for Mounted Marauders), but in the opinion of many players, Convocation of Eagles should go on the restriction list as well. Moreover, Offering to Hekarti would have limit once per turn, and Snootling Invasion to get Unique. In the nearest future Orks will be very strong. Empire with his Infiltrate and standard cards also will back to the game. HE will remain strong, because Judgement of Loec on RL doesn't do them any harm (exept for using Mining Tunnels, but it's good). DE and Chaos controll will be weaker, but DE mill still is very powerful. But the most important is, that Dwarves will be stronger Furthermore... - no infinity combos HE, Fists, Devoted to Taal - no Muster - no 3 warpstones in T1 - fixted racial villages - AP limited (Polish people were right ) - Soul Stealer has kicked out of RL - new decks, new possibilities, new exciting games FFG has cast the Rise Dead on WH:I! I've just gained a willing to play! - juzam a écrit:

I think, using it is just pure luck. Ban would be better. Ban would not be better, because you couldn't use that cards on Highlander Tournament (one copy of each card per deck)

Highlander tournaments don't play with restricted/ban lists (at least that was the case in Stahleck 2011).
